Bethesda’s outdoor film festival, called “Stars on the Avenue” , kicks off its 4th year with a showing on Tuesday night of “The Wizard of Oz.”
On Wednesday, you’ll have a chance to enjoy Al Gore’s award-winning documentary on global warming, “An Inconvenient Truth.”
Thursday’s movie is Woody Allen’s classic “Annie Hall” and is following on Friday by the musical “Hairspray.”
Saturday’s closing feature is “Mission Impossible” with Tom Cruise.
All of the movies are FREE (bring a blanket or lawn chair, if you’d like) and are held at Norfolk and Auburn Avenues…so there are plenty of restaurant choices if you’d like dinner beforehand.The movies will begin at 9PM.
