Purchasing a home in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area requires a lot of time and expertise.  Although we can't guarantee to make the experience totally painless, we can help tremendously with the process because of our knowledge of the area and our expertise in dealing with the contract and all its nuances.  We even have clients who report that the experience was fun!

Experience and success.  With a total of 29 years of experience in real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, we consistently rank in the top 1% of agents on national basis, at least in part because of the extremely high number of referrals from satisfied past clients.        

Full time service.  Because we know that selling real estate in this sophisticated market demands full-time attention.  With the contract consisting of almost 50 pages, and changing every few months, anyone who thinks they can provide even adequate representation while working on a part-time basis is just wrong.  We are full time real estate consultants all specializing in different niches, but all with a strong grasp of the process and the market.
