Cleveland Park Townhomes

Cleveland Park, an extremely desirable and convenient neighborhood in Northwest Washington, D.C., is made up of both single family homes and some wonderful town homes or rowhouses, as well as condos and coops.

Located on tree lined streets, mostly between the Wisconsin Avenue and Connecticut Avenue corridors, Cleveland Park townhomes vary tremendously in both size and updates.  There are some charming smaller townhomes, with as few as two bedrooms and one full bath where the kitchens are galley-like and there is no off street parking.  On the other end of the spectrum, the row houses in this wonderful neighborhood grow as large as many single family homes.  They reach up to 3 finished floors above grade, have spectacularly remodeled kitchens and baths and, if you’re very fortunate, you’ll even find garage parking.
