Woodley Park real estate offers a wide selection of new and old homes for sale. The neighborhood's historic district is a throwback to pre-1920s Washington, with its beautiful sampling of modernist and federalist-style buildings. The area's curved streets overhanging Rock Creek Park, and leading up to Washington National Cathedral, have changed little over the past century. Woodley Park's northern section is dotted with stylish high-rises, all conforming to Washington's 12 story height limitation, but still considered high-rises by city standards.
Residents of Woodley Park enjoy quick access to points throughout the metro area via the Woodley Park-Zoo Adams Morgan Red Line metro station, located in the center of the neighborhood at 24th Street and Connecticut Avenue.
Woodley Park is also home to several condo buildings and gracious coops, as well.
