Saturday, October 18th from 11am – 6pm
Sunday, October 19th from 11am – 5pm
It’s that time of the year again!! If you’re like me, it wouldn’t be fall in Bethesda without the Bethesda Row Arts Festival. Since I’m fortunate enough to live within walking distance (and, therefore, don’t have to hunt down a parking place), I make it a point to wander thru the exhibits at least two or three times during the two day festival.
This outdoor festival will celebrate its 11th year next weekend and will, once again, be located on Woodmont and Bethesda Avenues, and on Elm Street, east of Arlington Road in Downtown Bethesda. This year, Bethesda Lane will also be added as an event venue.
The festival presents the work of almost 200 extremely talented artists from around the country and features paintings, ceramics, jewelry, photography, wearable art, sculpture…and more! There are also children’s activities, live music, street performers and various local food vendors….all of which benefits the Chidren’s Charities at NIH.
Remember, too, that the location is an easy walk from the Bethesda Metro.
I hope to see you there!!!...
