There are 158 residences in the 12 story Lionsgate building and the average sales price is over $1M. All feature Viking appliances, granite countertops and hardwood and natural stone flooring. Sizes vary from relatively modest 1 bedroom with den units (under 1000 square feet) to just a few large 3 bedroom residences units (over 2500 square feet). The first residents moved in during the Spring of 2008.
There was a small period in 2009, when the Lionsgate developer left an option out to combine two adjacent 1700 sq ft units. I've never asked it anyone took the developer up on it.

Exerpt "The new development at the corner of Woodmont Ave and Old Georgetown Road) has a total of 7 units remaining. Of those 7, there are two adjoining units on the 5th floor that the developers are willing to combine into one fabulous residence well over 3400 square feet."
