The Claiborne is a new condo community by Novo Properties currently "under construction" at 4820 Auburn Avenue, Bethesda. The is set to have a total of 58 units.  In the last decade, Woodmont Triangle and Downtown Bethesda seem to have been on a condo diet, serving up fewer condominium developments than expected. The Woodmont Triangle Amendment lists priority public use space and amenities for the Woodmont Triangle area, which include streetscape improvements. The Claiborne Condominiums will provide streetscape improvements along its frontage as well as the remainder of the Norfolk Avenue block to Del Ray Avenue.
